Our group training classes offer a variety of exercises from core and cardio to functional fitness, boxing, strength training and ZUU fitness – a body weight training method.
We welcome everyone from beginners to the experienced, new mums to the elderly. Some of our members are in their 70’s!
Throughout the year B Active runs 8 to 12 week Challenges as well as event training for events such as Spartan and running events.
Brooke is also one of few ZUU Certified Partners on the Sunshine Coast. ZUU is the most elite human movement training system in the world with focus on culture, functional movement, mobility and strength. B Active runs ZUU group training programs throughout the year.
All equipment is supplied and classes are run in the beautiful outdoors in the lovely township of Eumundi. Shelter is available during the rain or heat so classes are not cancelled if the weather turns bad!
