Personal Training

Private and tailored one on one Personal Training sessions are available with Brooke from her home gym at Doonan.  An initial consultation will allow the trainer and client to work together so we can set specific and realistic goals and program your exercise to ensure you reach those goals!

Brooke works with a variety of people from those just starting out on their health journey to those wanting to reach peak performance or train for an event.

As your Personal Trainer Brooke will keep sessions challenging,motivational and diverse so you won’t get bored!
